Award-winning opera and musical theatre performer with a 40-year international career and 23 years of university teaching experience in music, theatre, voice, acting, movement, and professional development.

Adria Firestone brings four decades of international performance experience into the classroom. For 23 years, she served on the faculty of New Jersey City University’s Music, Dance and Theatre Department, teaching acting, voice, movement for actors, speech for performance, stage presence, career development, and performance skills. 

Her workshops and master classes have been presented at universities, schools, and professional organizations around the world.

Adria’s teaching bridges professional technique and real-world performance. Her students learn to integrate voice, body, character, interpretation, confidence, and professional discipline.

Presented at Duke University, Northwestern State University, Lincoln Center’s Meet the Artist, the National University of Singapore, Dubai English Speaking School, and institutions internationally.

From her internationally acclaimed Carmen to musical theatre, concerts, television and Family Guy, Adria Firestone built a 40-year career across the United States, Europe, Asia, Australia, Mexico, Canada and the Middle East, including
performances for U.S, troops  during Operation Desert Storm.

Adria Firestone speaks on reinvention, embodied authority, voice, presence, and navigating profound change. In June 2026, she was named a Top 50 Finalist in Next Top Speaker Season 7, selected from 4,000 international applicants.
